入学要求:

  1. 信息技术、计算机科学或其他相关领域的学士学位,且 CGPA 2.5 及以上;或
  2. 马来西亚政府认可的其他同等资格。
  3. 非计算机相关专业的学士学位持有者需修读预备课程。CGPA 2.0至2.5的申请人需通过严格的内部评估。

英语要求:

Program Overview

The Master of Communication program in Lincoln University College aims to produce graduates who are:

  1. Knowledgeable about the media industry’s structure and operations, and aware of communication career opportunities; trained in reporting and writing skills.

  2. Qualified for media industry employment, understanding their social responsibilities, values, and ethics, while practicing professionalism.

  3. Possessing media-related values, following media laws, and specializing based on individual aptitude, promoting leadership and high communication standards.

  4. Trained to apply communication theories and models for systematic thinking and problem solving.

  5. Proficient in new media information management and equipped for lifelong learning and entrepreneurship in media ventures like advertising and event management.

The duration is 18 months (full-time) and 30 months (part-time).

Intakes are available in March, July, and November every year.

Graduates can work in the media industry, corporate communication departments, public relations, or establish their own production houses.

Deferment / Withdrawal

Yes. The process includes:

  1. Formal request with reasons

  2. University approval

  3. Typically for one semester

  4. Visa implications for international students
    Contact the Student Affairs Office or your academic advisor early.

You may defer up to two consecutive semesters, with a total of two or three semesters allowed throughout the program. Further deferment requires strong justification and administrative approval. International students must check visa implications.

  • CGPA 2.50–2.74 with internal assessment; or

Entry Requirements

Yes, international qualifications recognized by the Malaysian government are accepted.

For international students:

  • TOEFL score: ≥ 600

  • IELTS score: ≥ 6.0
    If requirements are not met, English proficiency courses will be provided.
